A magnitude 3.8 earthquake occurred near Yvonand VD on the night of Sunday to Monday, according to the Swiss Seismological Service (SED) of the ETH Zurich. The quake was felt over a wide area.
The SED detected the earthquake in the canton of Vaud on the night of Sunday to Monday. The tremor could be felt in the surrounding regions.
According to the SED, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers and was located near Yvonand VD. The epicenter was located at 46.755°N 6.781°E.
There were no reports of damage or injuries.
