Early Life and Career

Matt LaFleur was born in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, in 1979.

His father, Dennis LaFleur, was a longtime assistant coach in the NFL.

Matt LaFleur played wide receiver at Western Michigan University and Saginaw Valley State University.

Coaching Career

LaFleur began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Saginaw Valley State University in 2003.

In 2006, he joined the Houston Texans as an offensive assistant.

From 2008 to 2013, LaFleur was the quarterbacks coach for the Washington Redskins.

Success with the Packers

In 2019, LaFleur was hired as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers.

Under his leadership, the Packers have won the NFC North Division three times and have reached the NFC Championship Game twice.

LaFleur is known for his offensive creativity and his ability to develop quarterbacks.

Personal Life

Matt LaFleur is married to BreAnne LaFleur, and they have three children.
